What is Polski PRO and how does it differ from the free version?

Can I generate VAT invoices from WooCommerce?
Yes. The PRO invoice module generates full Faktura VAT PDFs directly from WooCommerce orders. It supports auto-numbering with custom formats (e.g. FV/2026/04/001), buyer data with NIP, annotations (reverse charge, split payment, VAT exemption), and bulk generation and download. Invoices can be sent automatically with order emails or manually from the order editor.
How does the KSeF integration work?
The KSeF module exports invoices to XML format compliant with the National e-Invoice System. You can export a single invoice or a date range as an XML package, then import to KSeF manually or via API. Direct KSeF API integration is in preparation and will be available before the statutory deadline.
How does NIP validation work?
The system validates NIP in two ways: a checksum algorithm (instant format verification) and a query to the GUS/REGON database (confirming the company exists and is active). Validation works in real time at checkout, the customer enters the NIP and immediately sees the verification status. Company data (name, address, REGON) can be auto-filled from the GUS database.
Which courier integrations are available?
PRO integrates InPost (Paczkomat and courier), DPD and DHL. You can generate shipping labels directly from the order panel, automatically pass package data to the courier system, and track shipments from WooCommerce. InPost also supports Paczkomat selection at checkout with a map and location search.
