Speakers are experts in their fields and offer practical tips you won’t find in any online tutorial.
You’ll learn how to optimize WordPress site performance, how to ensure security, how to integrate advanced features, and how to use WordPress in projects that seem to exceed its capabilities. Our presentations cover a wide spectrum of topics – from basic techniques for beginners to advanced solutions for experienced developers.
Each participant will receive access to conference materials, presentations, and additional resources that will help solidify the knowledge gained and apply it in practice upon returning to work. This is an investment in your professional development that will pay off many times over.

During WordUp Gdynia #24, you’ll meet people who understand your challenges because they face them themselves. You’ll be able to talk to freelancers working worldwide, agency owners employing dozens of people, corporate employees implementing WordPress at enterprise scale, and enthusiasts creating innovative solutions based on this system.
Networking isn’t just exchanging business cards – it’s building relationships that can evolve into future projects, cooperation, mentorship, or even friendships. Many participants from previous editions admit that contacts made during WordUp proved more valuable than the presentations themselves.

User Trust Pyramid: How UX Contributed to Us Getting 50 Million. Then We Lost Everything
How to convert website visits into real money? First and foremost, by building trust on the site. In my presentation, I’ll present a 5-layer pyramid of trust building. We’ll look at real-world examples of AI making things up, why those mistakes often slip past us, and how tools built on top of chatbots amplify the issue.

3 Ways to Handle Projects That Get Out of Control
A project that starts to fall apart rarely breaks “suddenly.” Usually, warning signs appear much earlier – they’re just easy to ignore. In this lecture, Paulina shows three specific areas that have the greatest impact on whether a project stays under control: good setup at the start, sensible communication, and consistency in action. No theory and big revolutions – instead, practical tips that help manage chaos, calm cooperation with clients, and deliver projects without constantly putting out fires.

How domain affects website success?
Every website starts with a domain, but we rarely treat it as a strategic decision. During the presentation I will show that a domain is much more than a website address: it is the common denominator of hosting, email, security, SEO and WordPress stability. We will go through the entire domain journey – from choosing a name through its lifecycle, to real consequences for WordPress operation, mail and visibility in Google.

When “somehow” is no longer enough. A workshop about quality TikToks.
We are flooded with generated content. Literally. So how to conduct marketing in a very competitive industry? One way is to create video. But the kind where YOU stand in front of the camera, not your avatar. Participation in the workshop will give you knowledge on how to present yourself well on camera, how to arrange the surroundings, what equipment to use and why I think you don’t have to dance and sing on TikTok to interest potential customers.
