No open hiring funnel. Real senior collaborators only.
WPPoland is the trade name and publication surface for Mariusz Szatkowski. Larger projects may involve named senior freelancers, but only when there is real scope, consent, and a clear role. This page replaces the earlier careers-style surface.
Current status
There are no public job openings and no active recruitment pipeline. I do not publish fictional roles as a trust signal. If a project needs additional senior capacity, I work with named people I can verify and trust.
What may ship later
A public collaborators page will ship only after at least three opted-in senior freelancers approve their profile, photo, speciality, and public links. Until then, no bench-depth claims are published.
Selection criteria
- Senior production experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, Astro, Next.js, Cloudflare, security, accessibility, or AI integrations.
- Public proof of work: GitHub, WordPress.org, articles, talks, client references, or a portfolio that can be verified.
- Clear B2B availability, EU-compatible contracting, and written communication that works without unnecessary meetings.
- Agreement that WPPoland coordinates the scope, while every named specialist owns their part of delivery.
